it appears that christian lacroix has become bankrupt. the high fashion couture designer has said to have been unprofitable for the last 25 years leading to the discontinuation of runway shows and clothing designs. the company plans to cut down to 11 members from it's 100 and only deal with perfume and accessories. apparently his last runway show was that of this year's fall 2009 ready-to-wear. how it sadens me.

kissie and her stupid blog= fucking disgusting!

hahaha. shit, does kissie not make you want to throw up in your mouth or what? lets state the obvious here: fake tan, nasty fake bleach hair, disgusting collagen lips not to mention oncoming breast implants. hahaha. wow i pity her lack of knowledge and uncanny ability to think that she is extremely awesome.. kissies! haha, who says that shit anymore, seriously. i really could care less if i get shit for this post, i really truely do not care. and i fully understand that i'm not swedish nor from sweden but that doesnt stop me from pointing out how rude and ass kissing she is. i dont see who can get pleasure from sitting at a computer all day and typing about how they make so much more money than everyone else, how they go shopping all the time and how much something costs and how they can pretty much afford anything. it makes me laugh and i am 100% not jelous one bit, because really what is there to be jelous of? oh yeah so you have more money than me, i dont care.. i'd rather be all natural than fake to the core. and i've been looking forward to this post, i just keep forgetting to write about it because frankly she isnt that important. and it just cracks me up that she says "oh i dont want a female surgeon to operate on my breasts because i think that they are just jelous.." aka i think they might purposly do something wrong and mess up my implants, right. you think yourself so self righteous that you actually believe that? oh and she totally has the biggest blog right now (so she thinks)? but did she win the blog awards.. haha NO! so kissie, why dont you stick your fake orange, spray tanned foot in your big ass mouth. i sure hope she reads this :)

Manarola, Italy. i figured i shall departure to these rolling hills and vineyards after college, maybe even meet myself a wonderous italian man.. lets hope. i just cant get over how extremely colorful and extravagant this place looks, almost like out of a romance movie (the ones that actually dont happen). i wish places around here were more colorful like this, not to mention this town is on the edge of a rock cliff on the coast of the sea making it ten times better. i can only imagine what one of those houses costs...

happy turkey day

as though i needed any more explanation for the day.. everyone on facebook had their status set to "happy thanksgiving" and what not. i felt obligation to write on here happy thanksgiving.. and so i am. but i must say, our feast for the day was absolutely amazing! i remember that i had green bean casarole, a crisp, warm roll, some mashed potatoes, two vegetarian dishes; one being a swedish vegetarian dish that anna had made (eggs, peppers, cheese and crust) baked into one.. along with a vegetarian dish my cousin had brought (fresh basil leaves, tomatoes, fresh cut mozerella cheese, whole balsanic vinegeret, olive oil) and both were aboslutely amazing. not to mention some homemade cherry pie and a twisted version of apple pie my grandmother had made. although the entire concept of thanksgiving is to cook a giant turkey and eat it, i didnt have any because of course i am a vegetarian.. and my 9 months is coming up very quickly (december 1st) i am one proud cookie!

sorry i have been abscent lately, exams are this week and they are killing me!
ahhh, i hate them with a burning passion.. and i kept wanting to blog blog blog but i knew that i couldnt because i had to study.
and that is where guilt comes in because instead of studying i watched new moon online for the third time. but it's soooooo good... way better in theaters though.

new moon shatters records

the highly anticipated movie of the year, new moon, which was released friday morning at midnight has not only surpassed it's own records of last year's twilight, but money making records of all time. right now the movie's midnight showing has raked in $26.27 million with $72.7 million it's opening day. that not only more than doubled twilight's first day last year at $36 million but also even beat it's opening weekend amount at $69.6 million. new moon is now the new title holder for the biggest one-day gross which was previously held by the dark knight with $67.2 million. cheers to awesomeness.
p.s.- have you seen all of the premieres kristen stewart has had to go on? and of course a different dress every time.. i guess thats what happens when you make millions in a period of two hours. pictures soon.

new moon

i have two words for this movie: absolutely amazing!

i have never been so excited about a movie in my entire life. not only was getting to the movie an hour and a half early worth it because two theaters had already been filled up, but the movie lasted about two hours and ten minutes and was worth every penny. i only cried once (aka let the tears fall) but i teared up throughout the entire movie. you have to agree that it was probably the sadest out of the four books (not including the fouth book because it was the last one). almost everyone somehow had their heart broken or their feelings hurt, but in turn i think that it was a great book. the first book gave you everything there is to know about edward and this book gave you everything there is to know about jacob, and although tonight i was wearing a team edward shirt i am really neutral, i love both of them. but if anyone out there is wavering between seeing it and not seeing it i say definitely see it. it's not just love and heart break but there is tons of action and comedy mixed throughout the movie. if i were to gestimate i would say they could make close to a billion dollars from this movie. our theater sold out all their tickets (a little over 600) and they have a total of 7 theaters to which they opened every single one for the midnight showing. plus last year they made around $400 million so just imagine how much they are going to make the first day, not to mention for the entire thing. amazing.

the young and beautiful korean model daul kim has passed away today, Thursday, November 19th. found dead in her paris apartment, the 20 year old was believed to have committed suicide although the cause of death is still unknown. her agency released a statement later thursday evening:

"She was a top model and a great friend to all of us at Next. Please respect her family’s privacy at this time of sadness. We will all miss her very much."

she will be greatly missed.
